Ensure your members have insurance for use of our facilities and provide proof of same to booking.saintfieldcc@gmail.com

Cancellation Policy – Saintfield Community Centre. Applicable to all users:
Unless stated to the contrary in the Booking Form completed by the Hirer, if the hire is cancelled more than 24 hours in advance of the date on which it is due to commence, the Hirer shall not be liable for any hire charges. In the event of non-usage or notice of cancellation being received by the centre less than 24 hours in advance of the date on which the hire is due to commence, the Hirer shall be responsible for 100% of the hire costs. In cases where a different cancellation policy is noted on the Booking Form completed by the Hirer, the cancellation terms and conditions noted thereon shall apply.

ONLINE BOOKING
Users not affiliated with a club, or long term bookings can click below and book and register. When our online booking platform (Skedda) becomes available you are free to cancel your booking on Skedda up until 60 Days before its due to start. If you need to cancel your booking within 60 days of it's start time please contact us phone (07568 268986 ) Cancellation charges may apply and you will be notified of these at booking . For users that are booking long term, or are members of clubs please register below but do not book until after contacting booking.saintfieldcc@gmail.com to be associated to your pricing.
